Our Mission
Making Home Biofeedback Training Easier to Understand
Our mission is to make the home biofeedback training guide a practical starting point for people who want to understand their nervous system, explore biofeedback and neurofeedback, and develop everyday self-regulation skills.
We believe that scientific knowledge becomes more useful when people can understand it, connect it to their own experiences, and apply it through thoughtful practice. Through educational resources, research-informed explanations, and carefully reviewed technology, we help readers explore the relationship between the brain, body, and everyday performance.

Why We Created This Website
Bridging Scientific Knowledge and Everyday Practice
Biofeedback and neurofeedback introduce people to an important idea: information about the body’s activity can become part of a learning process. By observing physiological signals and receiving feedback, individuals can better understand how their body and mind respond to different situations.
“My mission is to give you the keys to your own nervous system so you can become your own best manager.”
— Dr. Armine Zarayelyan, PhD
However, scientific terminology, technical explanations, and the growing number of home-use devices can make this subject difficult to navigate. Our purpose is to make this information more accessible without losing its scientific foundation.
We bring together educational explanations, practical learning resources, and carefully reviewed information about biofeedback and neurofeedback technologies. Our goal is to help readers understand what these approaches involve, what different devices measure, and how they may fit into a broader process of learning and self-regulation.
Our Three Pillars
Accessibility
We make complex neuroscience and biofeedback concepts easier to understand through clear explanations, practical examples, and educational resources.
Our content and biofeedback books are designed for readers who may be new to biofeedback, as well as those who want to deepen their understanding of specific techniques or technologies.
Scientific Integrity
We believe that useful education begins with accurate information.
Our resources draw upon scientific literature, established knowledge in neuroscience and psychology, and carefully reviewed information about biofeedback and neurofeedback. We distinguish between research findings, educational interpretation, and claims that require further investigation.
Empowerment Through Learning
We believe that people benefit from understanding their own experiences and developing practical skills.
Our resources encourage observation, reflection, and practice. Rather than presenting technology as a replacement for personal effort, we explore how feedback tools can support learning and help people better understand their physiological and mental responses.
What We Do
From Clinical Science to Home Learning
We create educational resources that help readers explore biofeedback, neurofeedback, and the science of self-regulation. Our content is intended to support learning at different stages, from discovering the basic concepts to exploring practical applications and home-use technologies.
Our Educational Resources Include

Our Story

From Clinical Science to Home Learning
A Foundation in Scientific Excellence
Dr. Armine Zarayelyan, PhD, founded Biofeedback Neurofeedback Therapy. Her professional background includes medical education, research, and specialist cardiology training across Europe.
According to her biography, she completed postdoctoral research and clinical training in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. Her work includes more than 100 publications in scientific journals, including the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and leadership in developing an interventional cardiology center.
A Personal Turning Point
A family health challenge became an important turning point in Dr. Armine Zarayelyan’s professional journey.
When conventional approaches did not provide the answers her family needed, she began exploring biofeedback and neurofeedback more deeply. This experience led her to consider how people could learn more about the nervous system and how feedback-based technologies might support that learning.
The experience shaped her interest in making scientific knowledge more accessible beyond the clinical environment.
A New Direction
Today, the website brings together her interest in medical science, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and practical education.
The purpose is not to replace clinical care or promise a universal solution. It helps readers understand the available information, explore relevant technologies, and develop a more informed approach to their own learning and self-regulation practice.

Our Approach to Drug-Free Biofeedback

Education Before Technology
Biofeedback is often described as a drug-free biofeedback approach because it uses information and feedback, not medication, during training. However, the absence of medication does not mean that every device or application is appropriate for every person. Different forms of biofeedback measure different physiological signals, and a device’s purpose matters when considering how to use it. We explain these distinctions clearly. In our biofeedback books, we explore how drug-free biofeedback and neurofeedback may support learning, relaxation, physiological awareness, and performance practice, while distinguishing educational applications from clinical treatment. We also encourage readers to seek professional guidance when exploring a medical condition, changing an existing treatment plan, or deciding whether a particular technology is appropriate for them.
